Who we are

The Flock Cart is a division of Flock Presents, LLC. Our website is located at theflockcart.com.

Data we collect and why it’s collected

Quote form

If you send us a request via our Get a quote form, that request and its associated data (your name, email address, phone, and the rest of the information you submit) travels through our mail servers, then to any computer or device on which we check our email. That data remains on our mail server, and locally on our devices indefinitely until we delete it. We will use it to prepare a quote and respond back to you if necessary. We do not share any of this information with anyone outside our company. None of the information collected via our Quote form is used for marketing purposes.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, the server will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, the server will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Analytics

Our site collects and aggregate data on audience type, usage patterns, and referral information through JavaScript based analytics software. Those analytics and reports are used to evaluate the effectiveness and usefulness of pages and features of the site.

Who we share your data with

Quote form messages route to us through Gmail and event information is stored in Google Calendar. We use Airtable to organize host and event information in database form, and Zapier to push data from WordPress to Airtable. Client data and payment information is stored in QuickBooks Online. We use the privacy-focused site analytics service Fathom to track aggregate usage and referral data. See the respective Privacy Policies of each of those services to learn more about them.

Rights you have over your data

You may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, including the deletion of your account. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data gets sent

Quote form messages may be checked through an automated spam detection service, and end up on our computers and mobile devices. Airtable databases and Quickbooks Online are both used to store and organize client and event data. Usage analytics are sent to Fathom. All other data remains in The Flock Cart’s possession, stored securely in a database on our server.
